Mommie Needs A Moment is a reminder to women that the names they had before they were mommies, wives, entrepreneurs, and CEO’s were their own. Women need care before anyone else. If we are not cared for, no one else can be cared for. Self-care is a glass of wine, a book, time alone, or the going to the gym. We can’t expect the people closest to us to be there for us, when we aren’t there for ourselves.
